  • The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers' are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

Tickets Online Purchase Policy

The following policies apply to your purchase of tickets through GREEN CARPET and are subject to our Terms of Use, which are incorporated by this reference. Our goal is to make your purchasing experience as simple and convenient as possible, so that we can get you on your way to the event as smoothly as possible. The following policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process. Each ticket that you purchase is a license to attend a particular event, and is subject to the additional terms or restrictions set forth on that ticket or as stated by the venue or the organizer of the event.

Delivery Policy

Each ticket you purchase is a license to attend the event it denotes. two types of delivery methods may be offered during the purchase process.
Print from App:
An E-mail will be sent to you with your tickets details and you will be able to print your ticket on a desktop printer.
Scan QR:
You can scan your ticket at the venue the day the event is taking place.

Refunds and Exchanges & selling Tickets

Before you actually purchase your tickets, GREEN CARPET will give you the opportunity to review the seat location, event and performance date you have chosen.
Once you make your final selection and purchase your tickets, GREEN CARPET will not allow refunds for any reason, by making your purchase, you agree to this condition. Please carefully review your order before you make the payment.
Once you have your tickets, keep them safe. The above condition of sale means that lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets, or tickets claimed to be not delivered/not received, cannot be replaced or refunded and you may not gain admittance to the event.
By purchasing the ticket. You agree that you will not contact GREEN CARPET to seek a refund, return or exchange. Nor will you dispute or otherwise seek a "chargeback" from the credit card company used to make the purchase. Should you do so, your tickets may be cancelled and GREEN CARPET may, in its sole discretion, take any measures necessary to ensure that any pending ticket sales are cancelled and that you are prevented from buying tickets in the future. The only possible exception to this policy is if an event is postponed or cancelled. See Cancelled and Postponed Events below.

Cancelled and Postponed Events

Occasionally, events could be cancelled or postponed. Special conditions will apply in such case. These conditions are set by the organizer and vary from an event to another. GREEN CARPET will attempt to contact you either by phone or email to explain the procedures and conditions required by the organizer for a refund or exchange if it is due. When we contact you, we will use the contact details you provided at the time of booking. To get any refund or exchange due you must adhere to the procedures and conditions.
Please note that refunds, when made by GREEN CARPET , are made only to the credit card that was used in the online ticket purchase for the value paid for the ticket.
Delivery charges, order processing charges, and other bank charges associated with your credit card are not refundable. For on-ground cash payment the organizer will do a refund by cash in a defined place where you will be informed about the details before the refund will take place. GREEN CARPET will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a cancelled or postponed event.
