Tickets Online Purchase Policy

The following policies apply to your purchase of tickets through GREEN CARPET and are subject to our Terms of Use, which are incorporated by this reference. Our goal is to make your purchasing experience as simple and convenient as possible, so that we can get you on your way to the event as smoothly as possible. The following policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process. Each ticket that you purchase is a license to attend a particular event, and is subject to the additional terms or restrictions set forth on that ticket or as stated by the venue or the organizer of the event.


All purchases are then made in SAR. The conversion rates are frequently updated.

Payment Methods

Tickets can be purchased online using valid Visa or MasterCard credit cards. Your bank might charge you an additional amount if you are using an international credit card.
GREEN CARPET acts as the ticketing agent to the organizer of an event, the person or entity responsible for organizing and running the event, which means GREEN CARPET does not set the ticket prices or determine seating allocations.
Tickets are generally sold at Points of Sale and online through GREEN CARPET. Both sales points generally access the same ticketing system and inventory. Therefore, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may become available prior to the event. However, GREEN CARPET does not control this inventory or its availability.
Credit Card Information:
GREEN CARPET will save your credit card information in your personal account in order to facilitate future ticket purchases. Keeping your credit card information will only affect your purchases if you confirm your purchase and will not be shared with any other parties.

Order Confirmation

Once you have confirmed your order of tickets, you will receive an email with an Order Number. You will also receive an Order Confirmation with your e-tickets attached via email to the email address inbox you supply on the online booking form. If you do not find your Order Confirmation with your e-tickets in your inbox please check your Spam/Junk folder. To avoid our emails being seen as junk, please add our "From" address to your Address Book.
The information contained on your Order Confirmation and e-tickets is important and you should keep it safely. Your e-tickets contain a unique Barcode which should be quoted in any correspondence.
If you do not receive an Order Confirmation with e-tickets (in the form of an Order Confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information (but especially if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information), it is your responsibility to confirm with GREEN CARPET on the following email address gcarpet@addenterprise.com to confirm that your order has been placed. If it has, we will ensure you get your Order Confirmation with your e-tickets. If we confirm that the order was not placed, you may safely reorder online. GREEN CARPET is not responsible for any loss you may incur if you fail to confirm with us before the event and in due time to remedy the situation.
You must take all precautions as electronic security against any illegal violation of your information or any risk of viruses.

Seat Allocations

If seat allocation is required by the organizer for a particular event, the feature will be available for you to select your preferred seats online and at the time you select your ticket category.
